RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To start a return, you must contact us first at brightpaw.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in all cases, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. If approved, we will send a replacement or refund once the returned item is received, but the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with your Sploofle purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to make it right, including issuing a refund if appropriate, once the item has been returned at the customer's expense.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products and sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the returned item is received, you will be notified by email. If a refund is issued, it will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Please contact us at brightpaw.store@gmail.com to initiate this process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
